Jeff Gaines: Principal
Jeff Gaines is the co-founder of Strategic Construction Services. Jeff has been in real estate development business since 1995, and he currently has over fifty renovations, rehabs, and restorations to his credit. In addition, he's completed hundeds of construction projects over the span of his career. After majoring in business at Florida State University and graduating in 1991, Jeff relocated to Atlanta. Realizing the potential in the Atlanta real estate market after the 1996 Olympics, he founded Synergy Group, Inc. and built a stable portfolio of houses and rental properties in the metro area. His recent projects include a $250,000 Highlands renovation, a gutted and restored 1905 home in Edgewood, a beautiful craftsman bungalow rehab in Candler Park, and numerous small side projects for various clients in Atlanta. Mr. Gaines has fostered positive relations with reputable skilled craftsman and tradesman in various fields of expertise, allowing him access to some of the best and most reliable talent in the metro area. He is known for delivering his clients the utmost in professionalism and perfection to assist them in achieving their goals.
